About J.C Eldreth

Being a Top Producer for most of the 20 years I have been in the business of selling and buying

homes and land in the Kerr Lake Region, with Century 21 On The Lake and Coldwell Banker Advantage, I am very excited to now be a part of the Pointe Realty Group.

With my local experience and Pointe Realty Group regional experience in place, there shouldn't be anything we can not handle.

I have always had a passion for real estate, I even thought I might want to be an architect when I went to college but slowly decided on graphic design as my degree. I have

been employed in the sales industry and have even owned my own company until my major supplier was purchased by another company. That was what convinced me to get

my real estate license. I have since studied real estate full time, getting my Virginia and North Carolina broker licenses along with several special designations,

Resort & Second Home Property Specialist, Accredited Buyer's Representative, Pricing Strategy Adviser, to name a few.

I believe keeping up with current real estate laws, regulations and local trends is the most important part of what I do.

I also stay active with the community, currently holding a directors chair in Lake Life Live:(Clarksville Economic Development Authority)

and being a past president of the local Southern Piedmont Land & Lake Board of Realtors.

I have been on the board and am a current member of the Lake Country Chamber of Commerce. You may see me volunteering anytime.

I have lived in the Kerr Lake Region for over 30 years and am a big proponent of keeping Kerr Lake a wonderful place to visit and live.
